Resume Review
This service is designed for clients who already have a resume and just want assistance identifying ways to improve their resume. We will review your resume to help you identify the errors contained therein. Purchasing this service will help you to determine whether you need our resume development services or whether you can make the necessary changes yourself.
You will receive:
We will provide you with a general summary of errors found.
Standard Resume Package
This service is designed for clients who just need a simple resume developed. This client may be applying to entry level positions or positions that do not require a lot of experience.
You will receive:
- A resume built using one of the three standard templates.
- A cover letter template that can be used for multiple jobs
- A reference sheet
- Verbiage to include in a thank you card
- Two revisions
- Two contacts via phone (up to 30 minutes each) or email
Preferred Resume Package
This service is designed for clients who need more specialized assistance crafting a focused resume or curriculum vitae (CV). The client who will benefit most from this package will be:
- Applying for a professional job;
- Have little to no professional experience and needs more individualized assistance to develop a resume that captures his or her relevant unpaid experience and translates it into marketable experience; OR
- Seeking to create a professional package to use to job hunt.
You will receive:
- A multi-page resume built using one of the nineteen templates.
- A cover letter
- A reference sheet
- Verbiage to include in a thank you card
- Recommendations of other documents to include in the application submission.
- Two revisions
- Two contacts via phone (up to one hour each) or emai
Interview Preparation
This service is designed to help the client prepare for an upcoming interview. We will conduct a mock interview utilizing questions common to that industry. Additionally, the client will be provided with strategies to answering the question posed clearly and concisely. Most importantly, the client will receive tips for dealing with pre-interview stress and anxiety.
Career Management Services
This service is designed for the client who has difficulty maintaining employment and those who are at risk of losing their jobs, such as those who have been giving reprimands, or who feel like their employer is trying to get rid of them. During the sessions, we will work together to identify the primary reasons for job loss. Using that information, we will develop strategies to address the deficiencies identified.
Delivery Methods
Resume development is not a one-sided service. To create the best product possible, our consultants must have access to the client via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams. Though we can review a resume and correct the easily identifiable problems, we go a step further and revise the wording of the client’s previous job responsibilities to more accurately reflect the actual job functions performed and the achievements accomplished.
